Formation and recycling
Elaborate
program of formation and of recycling of the coaches
to be there for the needs of the clubs. The quality
of the coaches is at this day a major concern that the
National tennis director proposes to solve while multiplying
the number of formation trainings and of recycling as
well as the improvement of the teaching’s quality
2.
Teaching
Numerous
educational programs will be in place to guide the coaches
and the clubs( the mini tennis, Le club jeunes, the
Federal Organization of teaching in the clubs ….)

National Teams
In order
to prepare a performing elite, programs are put together
- Practice in the lycée sportif and at the
national team: Contributes to the eclosion of numerous
competitive international teens
- Federal school of – 12 years old: Prepare the kids to
integrate the federal structures of high level.
- Programs Future FTT/ CLUBS: meant to develop the
basis of the high level.
4. the development of clubs and of the number of players
- Elaborate a strategy aiming the augmentation of
the number of clubs and licenses.
- Insure the tennis evolution on the regional side
and national by the elaboration and the follow up
of programs of development and the promotion of civil
tennis and tennis in schools.
- The National technical direction can assist the
clubs to Set up a project club according to specificities
and the possibilities of each
- Educational Assistance pédagogique (report,
objective, program, follow up).
- Educational documents and audio-visuals.
- Formation and recycling of coaches.
- Formation of young referees.
- Periodic work visits
