Officials & Referees
In singles event, a commission is designated by the organizing club to watch for the good organization of the competition, it is directed by the Director of Tournament of which the principal role consists of taking care of all the questions of the organizational order and protocol.
On the other hand, the Federation designates, for every singles competition, a delegate who se role consists essentially to watch for the good sequence Regulations in force, he also can with the police and persons in charge of the club to set up measures of security of the players, referees, judge referees and official.
The tournament's referee:
It proceeds to the elaboration of the draw, the planning of the event and the schedule establishment. He/she also oversees the nice run of the competition.
The tournament's referee must be impartial, neutral and firm in his/her decisions.
On the other hand, the tournament's referee, assisted generally by one assistant or more, must make sure that the equipment needed for the competition is in its place.
Indemnities & taking charge of referees:
The Federation takes in charge the housing and food costs of the referees designated for a tournament located other than the location of their residency.
The organizing club covers the indemnities needed for the referee and his/her assistant (if there are an) and their travelling costs from the place of their residency to the place of the tournament.
