The teams ranked 1st and 2nd of each pool of the national division will move up to the National division for 2006.

In case of equalities of points between 2 or more teams, it would be taken counts of what follows:

1. In case of 2 teams having the same number of points, it would be held count of their confrontation.
2. 2. In case of 3 teams or more having the same number of points, it would held count of this as follow:
• Number of won matchs
• Number of won sets
• Number of lost sets
• Number of won games
• Number of lost games
