The teams that are eligible will be divided into 2 divisions :
- National Division
composed of all clubs that participated in the championship of Tunisia per team 2004
- Division of honour
composed of clubs newly eligible

The matches of the National Division of honour will be played in one pool under the round robin system and in the simple way.

Article XII
All matches (5) of one encounter have to be played even touhg the vidtory is already obtained for one or the other team.

- winning team : 2 points
- losing team : 1 point
- withdrawal team : 0 point
