The teams that are eligible will be divided into 2 divisions:
- National Division
composed of 12 clubs divided into 2 pools of 6 teams depending on the results registered during the team’s championship of Tunisia 2004
- Division of honour
composed of teams ranked 4th and 5th of their pool after the qualification phase of the teams championship of Tunisia 2004

All matches (5) of one meeting have to be played even if the victory is already obtained for one or the other team
