Article VI
For every match, the Tunisian Tennis Federation delegates one federal judge referee. The clubs that receive are called to supply the judge referee with 4 cans of new balls and 4 referees over 15 years old.
In case of the absence of the judge referee, the event has to occur, one of the two captains will be chosen with a random toss to manage the event, and , this after, information and approval of the general judge referee
Article VII
The match will be held on Saturday, Sunday or on a vacation day depending on the scheduling of the Central commission of organization. For an event between 2 teams, the matches have to be played on the courts of the same nature only in the case of a bad weather and after the judge referee permission
Article VIII : Order of play
- On 2 courts :
- Court n° 1:
n° 1 Minime (Team A) =/= n° 1 Minime (Team B)
followed by
n° 1 benjamin (Team A) =/= n° 1 benjamin (Team B)
followed by
Double -14 ans
- Court n° 2:
n° 2 Minime (Team A) =/= n° 2 Minime (Team B)
followed by
n° 2 benjamin (Team A) =/= n° 2 benjamin (Team B)
- On 4 courts :A
All the singles are played at the same time followed by the double.
Article IX : Players line up
The players line up (n° 1 or n° 2 in each age category) has to respect in the first place the last ranking « par handicap », if 2 players from the same team have the same ranking « par handicap », the captain is free to choose the order he/she likes, this order will eventually, change during another event, and if both players from the same age category are not ranked, he will be taken in consideration of their ranking per point in the same age category of the « minimes » and the « benjamins ».
Article X
The designations of the matches, for every day, will be posted on the Wednesday preceeding the day.
An encounter could be advanced if the 2 concerned clubs ask at the same time the commission of the organization of the Championships, and this 72 hours before the encounter.
